Director of Scouting and Development: Cecilio Asuncion

Cecilio started his involvement with the trans community a few years ago directing his documentary, “What’s The T?”. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Filipino American Award for LGBT advocacy in 2012. His work currently appears on HULU, Amazon, Indieflix and Comcast. Combining his eye for talent and love for fashion he has embarked on a new adventure founding Slay Model Management, LLC discovering and developing premiere transgender talent. He has recently been featured in The Advocate, Huffington Post, The Hollywood Reporter, Vogue Espana, ELLE, Cosmo, I-D, InSyle, Paper Magazine, E! Online, NPR and more!
